$50 and over -> FREE

Shipping Range

  • Delivery Area: We currently ship within the United States of America.

  • Future Expansion: We are considering expanding our delivery areas.

Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-4 business days, Monday to Friday.

  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 6:00pm Easter Standard Time (EST)  will start processing the same day; those placed after will start processing the next business day.

  • No Shipping Days: Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Time

  • Estimated Delivery: Orders typically arrive within 10-20 business days after processing, depending on the destination.

  • Courier Services: We use reliable carriers such as USPS and FedEx for the majority of shipments.

  • Tracking Information: After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.

Damaged Items

  • Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours to initiate a resolution.

Shipping Disclaimers:

  1. Changes to your order: Once your order is shipped we cannot modify it. This means, we cannot change the delivery address, shipping method or item(s) within the order.

  2. Verify your shipping address: Please verify your shipping address is correct prior to completing check out. We do not replace or refund orders that are unable to be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  3. Lost, stolen or missing packages: Once your order is shipped, we no longer have control over the delivery. If you believe your package is lost, stolen or missing we recommend opening a claim with the shipping courier.

  4. Refunds: We do not issue refunds to orders that are scanned “Delivered”. If your tracking is showing your package was delivered but you have not received it, we suggest contacting your local post office and opening a claim.

  5. Tracking numbers: Tracking numbers can be found within your shipping confirmation email which is sent to the email address used to place the order. Tracking numbers may take up to 48 hours to validate.

  6. Return shipping cost: In the event you need to make a return, we do not cover return shipping costs. We will however issue a return label that will be deducted from your refund.

  7. Our fulfillment centers: Orders may ship from our domestic fulfillment center or from our international shipping facility depending on current stock availability.

  8. Shipping fees: We do not up-charge on shipping costs therefore shipping fees are non-refundable.

  9. Protected Shipping: If you purchase protected shipping we will prioritize your shipping concerns over all non protected shipping issues.
